If you just want to drop off your affidavit or fill one out and not take the class you can do so between 5:30 and 7:30.
Notaries will be available during that time and will also deliver affidavits of Wayne County residents to the Wayne County Clerk’s office.
If you live outside of Wayne County, you will be responsible for taking your affidavit to your county clerk.
